After decades of leading organizations from the inside, Adrian Parker and Peter Eschenbrenner saw the same challenges repeated across industries. Growth became inconsistent. Operations became more complicated than they needed to be. New technologies promised dramatic improvements but often created confusion instead of clarity. We founded Meridien Group to help organizations cut through that complexity. Our approach begins with strategy. From there, we help clients generate more revenue, improve operations, build stronger teams, and apply AI where it creates measurable value. Technology is never the goal. Adrian Parker

Co-Founder

Adrian has spent more than two decades leading growth, strategy, and organizational transformation across healthcare and education. His experience includes executive leadership roles with Jackson Health System, Holy Cross Health, Broward Health, and Broward County Public Schools, where he has helped organizations strengthen operations, build strategic partnerships, and navigate change. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Florida A&M University and a Master of Health Services Administration from Florida International University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Peter Eschenbrenner

Co-Founder

Peter has spent more than two decades helping organizations improve performance through strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and, more recently, practical AI. His experience spans higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, private industry, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping leaders bring clarity to complexity and turn strategy into execution. Peter holds both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds IBM certifications in Foundations of AI and Generative AI for Executives and Business Leaders.
